Entrance to the conference
The fees in the table below are for participation in the two-day conference. The fees include admission to all conference sessions and full conference documentation. They do not include accommodation at the conference hotel.

1 VAT: All registrations are subject to Irish VAT at the standard rate, currently 23%.
- EU businesses that are registered for VAT can apply for the refund of this VAT through their own country's electronic VAT refund portal.
- Non-EU businesses can submit a paper claim for refund to the Irish Tax Office.
Discount for UA Europe 2011 delegates
This year we are offering a discount of £50 (or €60) plus Irish VAT to all returning delegates from UA Europe 2011. Please indicate whether you attended UA Europe 2011 on the registration form below, and the discount will be applied to your invoice.
Payment method
After registering for the conference using the form below, you will receive an invoice by email. You must then pay the invoice by the date specified (depending on whether it is an Early Bird, Standard, or Just In Time payment).
The preferred payment method is electronic bank transfer, and bank details are provided on the invoice.
Credit card payments are accepted through the PayPal payment processing system. Credit card payments are subject to an additional 5% charge calculated on the total registration fee.
Hotel accommodation
Accommodation is available to all conference delegates at the conference venue (the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Dublin) for the special rates of:
- €150 per night for a Standard room (including breakfast)
- €160 per night for double occupancy of a Standard room (including breakfast for two people)

Please use the Hotel Accommodation Bookings form to book your accommodation at either the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel or one of the recommended alternative hotels in the surrounding area.
Terms and conditions

Cancellations by 26th March 2012 will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations on or after 27th March and by 14th May 2012 will receive a 50% refund.
There are no refunds for cancellations on or after 15th May 2012. - To qualify for the Early Bird Rate, full payment must be received by the conference organisers (Matthew Ellison Consulting) on or before 26th March 2012.
To qualify for the Standard Rate, full payment must be received by the conference organisers (Matthew Ellison Consulting) on or before 14th May 2012.
All payments at the "Just In Time" rate must be received and cleared by 12th June 2012 - Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of the conference. Substitutions may not be made after the conference has started on 14th June 2012.
- In the case of the event being cancelled beyond the control of the organisers, all registrants will receive a full refund of the conference fees that have been already paid to the conference organisers (Matthew Ellison Consulting). The organisers are not responsible for the refund of any other travel and accommodation expenses.
- The conference organisers reserve the right to change the published conference programme at any time.
